If any item purchased is received faulty, damaged or defective please take photos of the damage and then contact us asap, preferably within 3 days of receiving the item. This means we have time to claim against our couriers if they caused the damage. Whatever the issue we will organise whatever it takes to rectify the situation immediately. Even if it means sending you a new replacement. We will pay all costs including, parts, labour, call out fees, and shipping.
All products are covered by a full warranty as described in the item description. Warranties include free parts & labour, no cost to you.
Responsible buying & fair play
Please choose carefully. If you are unsure about whats best for you we strongly recommend that you seek the advice of an independent suitably trained therapist. This is important and only fair because we pay for returns at our cost. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee if this fair play policy is abused.
In accordance with Australian consumer law, returns may not be accepted if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. If you want us to pay the return shipping you must let us know within 3 days of receiving the order and we’ll organise its return for you. However because we are passionate about seeing you satisfied we will still take it back within 30 days so long as the fair play policy has been followed.
Health and safety
Sorry but we can’t accept used cushions, mattresses, bathroom & toilet items for return for health and safety reasons.
